Newham Heritage Mural
Mural created at Hartley Primary School for Newham Heritage Month facilitated by Bow Arts.
I was tasked to work with the whole of the Yr 4s, nearly 120 students took part in several workshops that included trips to artist studios, drawing and collage sessions and a deep dive into the work of Newham artist Ferha Farooqui.
The work produced during these sessions was then developed into this mural design and painted in the playground during Spring 2023.
